help please with kids tv prog!

A few years ago my daughter used to watch a really annoying kids program. The characters all had photo faces, but I think their bodies were animated, although I could be wrong. THe main character was a really irritating girl with a bob haircut and freckles, her nemesis was a pretty, blond curly haired girl. Can anyone remember what it was called? It was probably shown on a cable channel. Daughter denies all knowledge of it, trying to remember the title is driving me and my friend up the wall!

Ok, forget this question, we've just remembered that it was 'Angela Anaconda'. Immensely irritating prog!

We have a video tape of it, and my youngest still watches it..lol.
