Nasty Cat

My cat is becoming more and more nasty as he grows older biting and scratching visitors and me! He has been neutered and he's the older cat of two. When he was a kitten he had an accident and had to have steriod treatment which is when this started. He used to get on with my other cat but now they have started fighting and look to be frightened of each other. To top things off the other keeps marking his territory!

Is there ANYTHING that would help to calm him down, he's turning into an old grouch and he's only 4.

hi there is plug inscents for around the home my nan uses one for her dog as shes very restless around the home,problly get them in big pet shops or try asking your vets for some advice,if not a pet behaviourst look on the internet

its maybe the side affects of the steroids!same way as they affect humans!the vet shud av warned ya bot these!!that plug in scent thing may also help to settle ur cat!my vet stocks them so prob be able to get it from the vet!ther usually used for travellin and movin house

What does the vet say? Has your cat been checked for a possible bad tooth? A mouth problem is often the cause of a change in behaviour.
