80 music programme

There use to be a programme in the late 80's possibly early 90's. It was presented by a wooden puppet and and the end of the show it spat on the screen and wiped it off,. I just cant remember what it was called.

It was called Pob. It wasn't a music programme though just stories and kid's stuff. Yeah he spat on the screen and wrote POB in it.
