South America is very cheap for all cigarettes, costs a bit to get there though......

I buy mine from http://www.mycigshop.com/ You can also find cigarettes & tobacco on eBay, which is sold as "collectors packaging".

If you're resident in GB like us,the place to buy cheap fags is Gibraltar, where you'll pay about 80pence for 20 top brand fags.We buy 2000 each BUT if you are crossing the border back into Spain at La Linea, beware that one is only supposed to take 200cigs/person/day into Spain but on the only occasion out of a dozen that we've been caught with our fags, they just made us go back into GIb like naughty kids. Just put them in a suitcase out of sight+in the boot. Also ANDORRA has very similar prices,but leave going into France not Spain, as the Spanish customs are on the lookout all the time. Good Luck anyway
