Mail delivery failed

Can anyone help? I have Microsoft Vista and tried to send an e mail today but it bounced back with the message

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
host mx2.mailshield.co.uk [217.77.176.17]: 550 Requested action was not taken because this server doesn't handle mail for that user

I have sucessfully sent e mails to this address before but from a different computer and e mail address. Is this a problem with my computer or the e mail address of the company.

I have sent other e mails since that tiem without any problems

Thanks, but I was more interested in why the e mail was returned. Does anyone know?

It could simply be that the server is down, so your email could not be delivered.
