E Mail problem??

Hi there i'am currently using Outlook Express to read and send my e mails, i have two e mail accounts, the first is Blueyonder who supplies my broadband, and this account works fine! The second account is a old dial-up account i have, but i have been using it fine for the last year on my broadband connection, but all of a sudden i can't recieve any e mails for this account, all i get is the following message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.supanet.com', Server: 'pop.supanet.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '+OK 5090 octets follow.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
I have rang Supanet about this account and they tell me the account is active and they can see no problem their end??
Can anyone suggest anything??
