Good for you. Complimentary therapies are increasing in popularity and many medical health centres offer this service. Once you have finished school many applicants study for a one or two-year full-time course at a college or private massage school before getting a job. It is important to check that courses meet national occupational standards. Apprenticeships are widely available for those training in beauty therapy, including massage. An additional benefit would be to become a member of the International Federation of Health & Beauty Therapists (IFHB) or the Holistic Therapists (ICHT).
If you are looking more towards sports therapy or physiotherapy then try the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) for career advice / entry requirements, but in all likelihood you will need a degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Science. So get the GCSEs out of the way first.
