Why does my fridge smell?

Hi, I have cleaned it and cleaned it....the temp is fine, but it still smells????? What can I do? I have read other replies on here and still it smells!!!!! [cleaned the 'drain thing']

dissolve bicarbonate of soda in warm water then wipe all inside of fridge. or mix one capful of baby bottle steriliser in one litre of water then wipe all inside of fridge. if you use washing up liquid or detergents they leave a smell doesnt matter how many times you clean it. hope you get a result. might have 2 do it more than once depends how strong the smell.
