How serious can you get in Chatterbank?

I really like the idea of Chatterbank as it feels like a place you can be free to say whatever you like. But is there a limit to the seriousness of topics here? Should it generally be kept lighthearted?

It's generally quite lighthearted, I think the powers that be move a question if it's deemed more suitable for another topic.
