Had a dream last night that I gave birth to baby girl!

My husband and I have been ttc for 6 months. Last night I had a very clear dream that I gave birth to a baby girl. No obvious pregnancy symptoms appart from sore boobs which I suffer from every month anyway. I'm due on in a couple of days. Anyone had the same experience? Thanks :-)

I never have had dreams about giving birth, or even being pregnant, til a few months into my pregnancies. However, you cant take it as a sypmtom. Are you trying at the moment? As it may just because youre wanting it so bad. You may be able to take an early test now. Its not guaranteed to give you a positive even if you are pregnant, but you never know, you may be the one of the lucky ones and get a result so soon. If not, wait til the day youre due on, if nothing happens, take the test. And good luck!
Oh. one more thing, I kept dreaming I was having a boy, even when I knew I was having a girl! lol

I have had plenty of those dreams ~ although never when I was ttc or pregnant!

I had one not so long ago, actually. I had a baby boy and gave him up for adoption. It was rather upsetting actually :o(

I have no idea what that was all about..however I have read somewhere that to dream of giving birth means that you are about to have a change in circumstances ~ not neccessarily connected to a birth itself.

I had very vivid weird dreams in the very early days of pregnancy in fact that is why I guessed I was pregnant the 2nd time. My dreams were never about being pregnant though. I experienced these a couple of times when I was trying to get pregnant the first time, and it was always just before my period arrived, so I suspect that it was a very early pregnancy that didn't continue. I wasn't trying the 2nd time - there are only 13 months between my two boys. I was trying for 2 years before becoming pregnant the first time, so I had a few false alarms.
