can some one help me keep getting a pop up bill for this, have blocked it from logging me in but pop up keeps coming up to say logged out of account. cannot find anywhere to delete it and if just try to delete returns on reboot. have been advised its a con and not to phone number for help.

Download Spybot Search &Destroy , then scan to see if it picks up any trojans

It's a con, they all are, as advised use Spybot,ad-aware,a decent antivirus - avast is free and very good.

Better still stop using Internet Explorer and use MozillaFirefox I have for nearly 3 years and never had 1 pop up!! and rarely have even 1 spyware
