Sebo X4 Extra

I'm hoping to buy a Sebo X4 Extra vacuum cleaner. If anyone has got one would you please tell me what you think of it. I've had three different vacuum cleaners in quick sucession and don't want to make another mistake. Thank you.

We've had one for about a year (after recommendations on AB). We are very pleased with it. The main advantage for me is it has a longer handle than normal, so as I'm quite tall I don't get backache doing the hoovering (one excuse out the window!!). The only con I've got on it is that the extension hose isn't very long, though you do get an extension pipe to go on the rigid hose fitted to the Sebo, so you can have a 'rigid' hose about 4' long plus about 5 ' of hose. I know John Lewis sell them, but if you do a google search you should get one for about �200 delivered.

Thank you very much for answering. I read previous questions about vacuum cleaners on Answer Bank, and the Sebo and Miele kept being recommended. Someone said she was wearing ear defenders while using her Miele, so that put me off that make. Almost sure I will be buying SeboX4 Extra now, thanks again,
