latch hook
3 Answers
does anyone know where i could get a latch hook? My first thought was Hobbycraft, but on their website i can only find kits to create a mini rug type thing.
I want a latch hook to turn a cheap wig into a cyber-style wig with wool dreadlocks, so need the hook to pull the wool through the base cap.
any ideas?
TIA
Stef!

Don't know if i could use a crochet hook, as the guide i read said to use a latch hook, and they look quite different, i found a picture of one, but i can't seem to find anywhere that sells them on their own rather than part of a kit, ans i don't want to make a rug!
Latch hooks are slightly curved with a u-shaped pincer-like end, the one I'm looking at now has a wooden handle with a metal hook.
