I honestly think she is something special and its incredible that she was discovered on the X-Factor.Another Kelly Clarkson methinks.

Shayne Ward is mega in the US as well as Leona -we certainly havent heard the last of those two -they are in for the long haul.

O and I personally think she is far better than Mariah -did you hear those notes she held last night at the the end of her song -WOW !!!

Beats banging out an album of covers - think Simon has learnt his lesson there and knows she is hot hot hot -especially for the American market.He wasnt taking any chances with her.She has been working her butt off -they have her honed to perfection.

Speaking as someone who loathes with a passion this type of sickly cheesy music, she has a very good voice, is it a great voice? what do you define as great my defination of great is aretha franklin, mahalia jackson, patti labelle, billie holiday, female artists that not just had the voice but also had great personalities that oozed charisma and that came out in their music...

Leona lewis is like celine dion, mariah carey and the rest good voices, bad material 0 charisma, equals dull as ditch water.
