I think the marriage proposal was completely out of the blue. Do you think if they do actually get married it will bring a end to the series forever. Closure as such?

I hope not. Best show on TV since Only Fools and Horses in my humble opinion.

I hope this show continues too, got to be one of the best shows on TV at the moment, hopefully they will continue it even if they do get married. It would be nice to see them have a baby too.

You must be psychic...I have just read a magazine article .An interview with Stephanie Cole .There is a new series but not until the year after next . They can't get them all together for a series next year because of other commitments .
It did start to stumble a bit but last night was good especially where they carried that woman on the plank of wood through the town with the Doc at the front and all the others following on.A really good parody of a funeral procession !. Hilarious .

I love Doc Martin, Martin Clunes is just brilliant, in fact the casting is just right, and Pauline I love her outfits.

Great series. I hope that is true about another series. Martin Clunes is great. He was brilliant in that other series he was in a couple of years ago too. cant think of the title, but he was an undertaker.

thanks baileybird , that was bugging me ! I do wish we could have more comedy and drama (not the blood & gore stuff) instead of all these quiz shows and "reality" shows that are obviously a con to make money out of the public.
