well i did a serious offence, very out of character in pubklic when i lashed out at agirl with a glass but not intending to it was full with wine. i havent been charged yet but have to go to the police station on the 22nd? what do you think will happen? but the girl didnt want to press charges, she has a tiny cut on the low part of her arm like 2cm, i have apo,ogised and this is my first offence? im worried sick does any one no what i will get????

How old are you? You could be cautioned or charged or No further actioned. If you admit it the police will usually caution you if the duty inspector agrees.
If you say you did'nt do it then it will go to CPS and then if they think the police have a good case to court and you will be convicted.
From what you say you admit the act but not the intent the way the law works is "was the action" unlawful it seems in your case it was but you dispute your intent, in the law this is mitigation which effect the extent of the punishment not the fact you did the act.
