Anger management?

Now I don't go around smashing things up but I just snap at people for next to no reason and I don't like doing it but it just happens then I regret it straight afterwards normally it's after things don't go according to (my) plan!

I think as long as you appologise straight after there's no harm done and friends and family will know you dont really mean it. strangers may think you are a bit crazy but as least you've expressed yourself
