Constructive dismissal
We are thinking of taking my wife's ex employer to a tribunal for constructive dismissal.
For the two years my wife had worked at the care home owned by the boss, my wife was constantly shouted and sworn at infront of other staff and verbally abused to the point where my wife could no longer work there.
There are many witnesses (mainly former employees)....many who have left the care home because they were shouted at too and some would probably be prepared to stand as a witness. She has also started shouting and swearing at the residents...all elderly people and a few "mysterious bruises" have started appearing.
So where now. How do i go about taking her to a tribunal. I don't have a solicitor but we could possibly get one.
Any help, suggestions or advice would be most welcome.
