Help!

Since the Answerbank went down the other day I find that I can't access it by typing in the address ie www.theanswerbank.co.uk. I can if I do a search and click onto www.theanswerbank.co.uk/adverts! What's going on, anyone else having this problem?

Why do you need to type it?

Click on the AB logo at the top to reach the home page.

Click on the Add To Favourites button (on Internet Explorer it is the gold star with a green cross on it.)

Now when you want to access it just use the favourites list.

Clear your browser cache, that'll fix it.

Mines exactly the same marje, had to google it to get on site, i took it for granted all last night that it was still down only to discover just before it wasn't the case.

Thanks Panic Button. Have now saved it into Favourites. As I'd typed it in before I didn't need to type in the full address, so found it a lot quicker than going into Favourites. However, since it's not playing at the moment, I've saved it in Favourites.

I'll also clear my browser cache whiffey.
