British place names. (52) A change of direction has worked up a frothy sweat.(For this one have got no idea) (62) A set of horns on deck? (I think somebody suggested Cowes for this one but it seems a bit vague) Any help really appreciated as it must go in the post soon.

Please somebody help.These two have got me baffled,
52 Latheronwheel - 'lather' (frothy sweat), 'on wheel', (change of direction) (?)

It's in the Highlands, S of Thurso, SW of Wick...
