evening dress

oh my god - the dress i had been planning to wear to my very formal christmas works do....i tried it on and its awful!!!!!
anyone reccomened somewhere i can get one from that isnt to expensive (i'm talking like uner �100!!!) I cant imagine wearing it much so dont want to spend too much!
Help - I'm panicking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
