After slating the wee man to high horses for his highly mediocre game against Barcelona on Tuesday night and the ridiculously one-sided commentary from STV on it, I have just gone weak at the knees after seeing the wee oik outside the bank at St Andrew's Square in Edinburgh! I was spitting distance away from him yet my mouth was so dry I couldn't even say "Oi mate, you're Barry Ferguson!" Is that incredibly sad or am is it what any hetrosexual scotsman would be like? What would you do?

Aye I'm a hibee but I refrained from gobbing on him due to a) he was shielded by a bird (who I didn't even manage to get a look of due to the surprise at seeing Barry);
b) he's captain of the national side; and
c) I'd have been lifted
Could have taken him though I reckon!
