An old CITV cartoon from the 90s

I remember a cartoon i used to watch when i was young boy.
It was a page and there were boxes, i remember 4 boxes
One box had a girl in it and she wore black and yellow striped clothes and never spoke she was like a mime
The 2nd box was an artist a french artist.
The 3rd box was a picture that was like a picture that spiraled until it came to its original picture if you get me?
And the last box i remember was a black box with hands in it and it used to make things.
Does any one know what this programme is called?

Yeah, it was Zzzap! I loved that show - the "boxes" were actually part of a comic strip!
