Smart Loo in Oxford Street ?

A strange request, does anyone know of a loo in Oxford Street London, where you pay approx �2.00 , very smart, you can do your make up, spend a penny, etc. Genuine question Folks !

i can remember going into a department store in oxford street years ago and the toilets where on top floor and you could sit and do your hair / nails / make up etc in nice comfy chairs with well lit mirrors, tissues to use, I have a feeling it was selfridges but could be wrong
