When I click on it, it comes up ...do you want to save this file.I haven't a clue what to do,( only know the basics ) ) so I'll have to wait till tomorrow and let my son do it for me.Thank you so much for going to the trouble of finding it for me,I'm sure I'll love it. I had to get my son to sort it out for me in the end .Where would be be without these children ....lol...
I think what you have to do is is click on the bit that says "open with " That works for me by double clicking ..However let your son have a look for you first ..rest assured that there are no viruses .

Oh dear ... I get ..Open with ..or ..save to disc . No doubt you have a different thingy Val .We have Firefox.
You can save it .Save it to your documents . Try that. Then you can open it from there.

how strange, on my lap top last night this opened straight away, I could not understand everybodys problems, yet on the main computer I had to save and open the file.

You need Microsoft powerpoint in your computer,if you have not got it Google powerpoint then download it,once downloaded you will be able to open any pps attachments.

Hi jacqui,
Got your email thanks,tried it but still didn't work.My son tried what razza suggested, He let it go half way but then he had to go out so he wrote down what I had to do.Did the best I could but still didn't work.All I keep getting is funny writing and numbers. I'll let him have another go tomorrow. He gets annoyed with me, he thinks I can pick everything up right away.I'm always scared of doing something wrong. I'm not giving up.
