A rat is probably able to take in a lot of moisture in it's food or within it's environment.
A Camel is unlikely to find water in it's environment but has specific adapatations to dry conditions.
So , rat in the desert or camel in the lab. As Harry Hill would say "There's only one way to find out. Fight!!!"
