I am purchasing my dad's home at an amount of R40000.00. I need to find out what the transfer cost will be and what other costs are involved. Thank you Sandy

Costs NOTHING to go to a Bank or building Society for this Info...at least "Hopefully" you will get the right information......R40,000 wouldn't buy much in the UK... maybe a dog kennel in Kensington... or a complete Housing Estate on Tyneside.
