Does anyone know who sings the theme tune to the BBC programme 'Not Going Out'?

The theme tune was written by Alex Hardcastle, the shows Director/Producer specifically for the opening titles.
The song was sung by a Frank Sinatra impersonator who has also appeared in the west end theatre production of The Rat Pack - Live from Las Vegas.
It's proving very difficult to find the name of the actual singer but it was either Stephen Triffitt or Chris Mann.
