Formule 1 Hotels

If there's anyone who's stayed in these Formule 1budget hotles could you just piont out any specific good or bad points.

I've heard more than one story of lone female guests being harrassed by hairy ar5ed French lorry drivers, only time I've stayed in one it was fine if a little inpersonal

These hotels are great for overnight stops but not for extended visits. They are clean, cheap but basic and have a plentyful supply of hot water. These types of hotels are normally found on the outskirts of large towns on the ring roads/trading estates leading in to the town and there are plenty of them to choose from - also try www.hotel-bb.com . The downside is that very near to all of these types of hotels is a restaurant (and only one, so you have no choice) which is a right royal rip off, expensive in the extreme with gash food.. bien suerte!

Big downside for me is that they sleep 3 and we are a family of 4. Love the electronic check-in system (don't need to rush to get there before check-in closes). And on that subject DON'T rush to get there; not a place to spend an evening just a place to sleep.
