Red eye in photos

Anyway this can be got rid of before being put on disk?

Hello Patricia , hope you are ok , now ...let me think....the last time I put pictures onto my comp off my camera it had red eye in some of the pics taken indoors .I was able to get rid of this on the programme that was installed within the cameras disc.. I am not sure , but someone else may know if there is a photo clinic you can download . :-) xx
