Hi, on the back of my computer I have a SDFin and SDFout port.

What are these? - Ive never ever heard of them and google hasnt give me an answers!

Perhaps the ports are marked in a short form to indicate S/PDIF connectors...

Ive tried my Sony connections but they dont fit.

However, this might fit: "75 ohm coaxial cable with BNC-to-RCA adapter". (from your wikipedia link), looks like it might work!
