I worked for a company via an agency for six months, my employ was then transfered to the company proper on six months trial, after four months my contract was withdrawn and I left the company. During this time pay negotiations took place and a pay increase was agreed after I left. Am I entitled to the pay rise for the time I was there?
Why would you be entitled to a pay rise that was actually implemented after you left?? If a pay increase occurs there will be a date that the rise is effective from. If you left before that date, then no, you aren't entitled to it, even if the negotiations took place while you were still there.
