I'd look at getting a passport for the child yourself, (so that he can't get one at a later date), and keep it under lock and key.
Also, I think 20 pw sounds rather pathetic - it costs more than that to feed and clothe a baby, even if you're working I think his contribution should be more.
That's just my opinion, I'm no expert but I wish you well x x

I'm not a bloke, im a woman - cant see what difference it makes really. It really upsets me when people talk about children like they are possessions "is he entitled to MY baby" Makes me feel like saying "yes he can half, which half do you want?"
No matter what has happened in the relationship between the two of you, you chose him to be the father, and he is the father, therefore he has every right to have access to the child.
Why do people assume the father wants to take the baby out of the country?

I think it's quite fair to say that for most parents, the greatest bond is between the mother and the baby at 3 months. Nothing to do with who's at home the most but simply because of the bond that has been shared between mother and baby throughout the pregnancy. There are exceptions but no person in their right mind would allow a father to take a 3 month old baby away from it's mother if it's being well looked after. Have you ever had a baby bednobs?
