The music in the Multibionta ad reminds me of a pop song. It was released a couple of years back with a female singer who I think was Egyptian with a name like Belly. The chorus had no actual words, but a 'na na na na-na na na na' sort of melody. This had been copied from a Paul McCartney composition.

Sounds like Echobelly. The singer is called Sonya, but I don't know the ad you're referring to.
