When i was sharing a house with lady who was a domestic science teacher, I remember she once made a pudding in about 10 minutes in the micro wave. It had pineapple jam at the bottom and sponge at the top and then she turned it round so the jam was on top. Does anyone know how to do this?

If you google on "microwave pineapple upside down cake", there are loads of recipes, here's a link to start you off

forgot to say that yellow cake mix is ordinary sponge cake mix in the UK. Try to get the Betty Crocker version if you can, my local Tesco's sells it (hampshire)
