Severe Sweating&hot flushes
4 Answers
Please please help. I'm not going through the menopause as I have had my blood tested already. Im 34 years old, I was always the one in my house that was cold and needed pjs, and quilts wrapped around me, even when hubby was roasting, but...
when I had my first child 4 years ago I started getting really severe night sweats (drenched in sweat and bed soaked) the week before and of my period. I went to docs and they tested my blood, it was normal. I then fell pregnant again and it all stopped. Now my second child is 6 months old, and I seem to be getting the night sweats a lot more and seem to feel quite hot during the day, almost like flushes. I cant get a docs appt until later this week, but would anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

There are many very effective herbal remedies available that have proven track record and scientific research to support their effectiveness. I would suggest that black cohosh is the one that may help you.

Hey Teasy. I sooooo sympathise with you! I was just the same- had pre-menstrual flushing until I was 42, when I went into early menopause, and now, 12 years later I've got constant flushes! Have you had your FSH tested? Ask doc to do that for you. HRT is fantastic, but all it does is delay the inevitable, + you need to stay on it for life if you don't want the unpleasant menopause symptoms to return. Not particularly relevant answer for you, I know, but just wanted chance to let off steam! Although the fact that you experience pre-menstrual sweats might indicate that you will have an early menopause. Best of luck to you!
