How do I send a 120cm X 55 cm X 55 cm 20 kilo box abroad? It's an Ebay item to go to Canada / USA or Europe?

Check Royal Mail web site, it should give you permitted sizes and weight, item restrictions BUT it's going to be very expensive

I really should have asked how apart from Parcel Farce. (They want 300 quid the item costs 200!)

Parcel F(a)orce is usually the cheapest option, unless you're bulk mailing then possibly Securicor,TNT etc.
Air freight is too expensive ,so you'll have to trawl through the couriers.
