Oh dear, ive never had a problem with either NTL or Virgin since i went on their broadband 5 years ago! I guess i must be one of the lucky ones!

You watch, i wont be around now for days and you'll know why! lol

I never had any problems with NTL but when VM took over they have made mistakes and are not the quickest to put them right !

Tell me about it mamma, it all started when we moved house, they are still billing us for the place we moved out of 4 months ago, and guess what? the payments are 'lost in the system'
The buffoons couldn't run a bath, let alone a major company

They certainly couldn't , that's right john. I put it down to teething problems when they first took over but ....well...

It's the same people mamma, they just switched the brand name when Virgin took over, they kept all the NTL people, at least thats what they told me on one of my many irrate phone calls.
We're going back to Sky ASAP

The bu$$ers tried to charge me a fiver for non DD when i purposely set one up to avoid it! What a rip off that is, shouldn't be allowed!

I would go to Sky if I could afford the installation costs but they are a bit too high so I guess I'm stuck .

I have just swapped to virgin media from the non service from bt!!

I hope its gets back on soon for you 4gs, losing the internet is like losing an arm these days :D

good luck with them,
I was up town yesterday and was walking past the spot in the town centre where they were trying to sign people up to their so called service, I told the people who were thinking about it not to bother and explained to them the reasons why, the guy running the stall couldn't apologise enough.

I have never had an issue with Virgian media broadband or telephone, top rate service for me and my family A1

Our daughter moved from VM to Sky a few months ago & they're really pleased with it, although their telephone line is with BT again.

We may soon follow suit.....
