I have just downloaded a movie and its widescreen. When i burned it to my DVD-R disc it was also in widescreen. How can i change it to full screen on the disc?

dont think this is possible since you have made and finalised the disc. You can force the TV into 4:3 mode or 16:9 mode as you wish on most recent TV's
