Talk or text?

Do you use your mobile phone to talk, or (like me) do you get more use out of it via text messages?

Depends on the person and my mood to be honest.

I only use mine to make calls if it is really necessary. Mostly I text although my phone is mostly used as an alarm clock!

Depends who I�m getting in contact with or what the situation is. My texts are free so if I just have one quick thing to say I will text. If I have to sort out something with boyfriend I will ring as he never has any credit.

I use my land line for talking and my mobile for texting and talking if out . Depends really. :-) xxx

I text rarely, it takes too long and then I need specs!
By the time I've finished, a call would have been shorter.

I send photos (shopping!) to make sure I get the right thing.
Saves the hassle of exchanging.

lol that reminds me of my dad tara! He had to get something for my mum one day and took a photo on his phone of the packaging to make sure he got the right one!

I have mine for the bank to send texts lol other than that I don't use it. It's now coming up to 7 yrs old....

bit of both to be honest - but mainly text my friends, talk to my family.

I'm a big 'facebooker" now so all our nights out and dinners, lunches etc are arranged on there! x

I use texts more than anything as I get unlimited free texts although I get a lot of free minutes as well. It depends on who I am contacting because I have friends who would rather talk and then I have friends who talk too much and I can never get off the phone to them so texting is better for that.
Like Nat though, if it's a friend I see regularly, I use Facebook as well and I use email a lot as well (Hello WS!)
