Christmas pressies - any one seen powerball?
3 Answers
I've just been looking at a powerball, wonder if anyone has seen or used one. Looks great but you never know if they're gonna be rubbish do you.
You have to turn it in your hands and the faster you get it vibrates or something.
Thanks (am I even in the right category?)

They look ok, but I buy loads of fun stuff online to make my boring life more exciting. You can see more info, people opinons and films of people using them on the firebox website here:

Hi there,
I have one its more than just a novelty toy its main purpose is to strengthen the wrist and forearm, for example if you play golf, go to the gym etc...
it is hard to use, i mean it is not hard to set up but as in hard to maintain the momentum but once you get that right you can really feel the muscles in your forearm and wrist get stronger. you are using your wrist to hold and spin the ball whilst inside the ball the g force is building up. you have to makesure you dont drop it at that stage it can easily be damaged.
i say get one! its great once you get the hang of it
