I remember a t-shirt at the Reading Festival saying 'No one knows I'm a lesbian'. It was worn by a chap.

I like the back-print that says "I'm a bomb disposal expert - if you see me running, try to keep up!", and my all-time favourite was worn by a tot in a pram, saying "Teething - it's the pits!"

my two favourites not yet mentioned are .. 'hold my beer wjile I kiss your girlfriend' and the one oft worn by my very Goth friend 'I'm only wearing black until they invent a darker colour' However the one thing that makes the bomb technician T shirt even funnier is that now it has become a mass produced tourist item in Camden market, they printed it on the *front* of the shirt!!
