sky broadband

I have sky broadband , am useless with computers, an use incredimail.

All day long I have had a mail from sky telling me to change .........well everything.

I have now had over 300 emails today from sky, cannot get in touch with them cos i cant affort the premium rate.. blah blah
the question is
Is anyone else on sky and if so can you please give me some advice.

i dont understand what the problem is either and thats just the problem lol
I dont know if it has anything to do with incredimail, but cannot recieve or send any emails other than the sky one!
