I was sterliized about 5 years ago and since then i have completely lost all desire for sex. HAs anyone heard of this or has it happened to anyone. im only 25 and with a long term partner I would hate to think that this is how things will be forever!!

Assuming you opted for this procedure and still have your ovaries, there is no physical reason why it would cause your loss of libido.

I was also sterilized, some 8 years ago, and yes my libido diminished. Still not back on track, but live with it. Hubby's very understanding. We have tried Viagra but if the notion doesn't occur to you then that would be useless. You just have to have an immagination so that your partner doesn't stray. Good luck aimsins1
