Natwest overcharge
2 Answers
I am furious at Natwest. How can they get away with this? I went over my overdraft agreed limit on the 30th of september and they charged me 28 last month for it now I find that they are charging me another 28 because I was over the limit on october 1st too and it counts as a new month.
Can they get away with this? Is there somewhere that I can write to see if I can get them to remove the 2nd charge?

I guess that it depends on who you get to talk to on the phone. Its luck. Im going to see someone face to face at my local branch on monday and see what they have to say about it.
