Natwest overcharge

I am furious at Natwest. How can they get away with this? I went over my overdraft agreed limit on the 30th of september and they charged me �28 last month for it now I find that they are charging me another �28 because I was over the limit on october 1st too and it counts as a new month.
Can they get away with this? Is there somewhere that I can write to see if I can get them to remove the 2nd charge?

Phone them up in the first instance - they may refund as goodwill.

Otherwise it is a waiting game for the court case that is due to be heard early next year to determine whether these charges are legal or not.

I did phone them up as I thought they made a mistake but the girl on the phone said it was another charge for another month simply because it as october. I guess that it depends on who you get to talk to on the phone. Its luck. Im going to see someone face to face at my local branch on monday and see what they have to say about it.
