by Wednesday or B) do you just want to lose 7lbs in `weight' ie for a goul, or to show that you are sticking (when not) (No offense)
If A) Not possible
if B) Possible - Start right now, and dont stop untill 10 mins before `F A T C L U B' excersing sweat, sweat, sweat, dont drink anything, pe pe pe, poo, poo, poo, do all the jewllery, socks, knickers, bra, cut hair, blow nose, no sleep (just coz being awake uses apprx 1000 cals)
But for 7lbs in just fluid aint losing weight, but sanity! just do whats realistic this week, then maybe next week not so much "W I L L P O W E R" but a little more
"W O N T P O W E R" !!
