For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I think there is enough space it's just that there is still a part of the gum covering the tooth and because the tooth is trying to break through it it is very tender and sore, but thankyou for the advice if the pain gets worse I will definately pay the dentist a visit as I don't think I would be able to put up with it - I feel really sorry for all those little toddlers out there who are teething as I realise now how bad it is! x
I had all four of mine taken out when I was 28, a helluva long time ago but it still seems like yesterday. I`d taken painkillers for about a year before going to the dentist, who x-rayed them and told me they were growing sideways ....under the teeth next to them.
A night in hospital, general anaesthetic, and two stitches in each gum. Not an enjoyable experience and like crazy chick I wonder what the whole point of them was.
