T-Mobile Delivery Delay

i placed an order with T-Mobile for a contract phone last wednesday, they were offering next day delivery and a confirmation email would be sent. didn't receive email so i phoned their customer services who said there ws a 3/4 day order delay. still no email or phone call to say even if order is confirmed. not a good start with a new network eh? anybody having similar difficulties?

She is allowed to pay finance on a new car but not a �15 per month phone contract what the hell?
thanks for your answer, just tonight (after 6 days) i got the same response (as did a friend who went to orange instead with no problems). never had this problem before. i cant get as good a deal so im gonna use someone elses card which i am reluctant to do but all the other companies say they cant match the deal!
