help with mp3 player

have got a phillips sa3125 mp3 player. can anyone tell me how to get music from computer onto it please?
all it says in manual is copy it via windows explorer.
i have pressed every imagionable button & nothing & i just dont get it. help section is just as vague
any advice appreciated.

with my mp3 player,all my music that is down loaded is on my documents/my music.
i press the start panel go onto my music,and then what tracks i have down loaded on there,i then right click on the song i want to download,a box pops up,right click on send to,then another box pops up and at the bottom of the box it should say removable disk E,RIGHT CLICK THIS AND IT SHOULD TRANSFER YOUR SONG ONTO YOUR MP3 PLAYER

I plug mine into the usb port and it appears as a extra drive under "my computer". It's then a case of dragging and dropping mp3 files from my C drive to this new drive.
