Blink digital camera problems

I recently purchased the blink digital camera. I find it extremely sensitive. I have tried repeatedly to use it -ensuring no movement when I press the shutter-yet when I Iink it to my computer and use the photoimpression software -nine times out of ten it hasn't worked and I get the question mark thingy instead of the photograph.Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong??
